Because our products are digital downloads, all purchases are considered final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital Products

WedlyPlanner products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is not right for you after purchase.

Please review the product description, features, compatibility, and included files before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

We want you to receive and access your purchase successfully.

If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Examples of issues we can help with include:

• Download link not working

• File not being delivered

• Corrupted or incomplete file

• Technical problem preventing you from accessing the purchased product

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase after verifying the transaction.

Incorrect Product

If you receive a file that is materially different from the product described on the product page, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or another suitable resolution.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

• Incompatibility with software or devices that were not listed as supported

• Failure to download the product after receiving the download link

• Failure to use the product

• Duplicate purchases, unless approved under the duplicate-purchase policy above
